First boot

1. Open panel.chapter22hosting.com.
2. Start → wait for RPL ready.
3. Set SERVER_NAME, ADMIN_PASS, SERVER_PASS, SCENARIO_ID, MAX_PLAYERS.
4. Confirm VISIBLE/AUTO_JOINABLE as intended.
5. Test a client join with panel IP:port.
6. Enable Backups before mod experiments.
